2009 presented a particularly challenging environment for the aviation industry. So when asked by Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC), managers of Melbourne and Launceston airports, to communicate their excellent performance to stakeholders and other relevant parties, we stopped to think.
We thought about their solid growth, the challenges and the opportunities ahead.
We thought that others would find the story as interesting as we did.
We developed the key message, theme and structure of their annual report around their journey.
